Ariel's bread is  made from all wild yeast, organic flour, sea salt and water. The flavor is rich and nutty and has a gorgeous chewy texture.  This kind of bread is much easier to digest than bread made with cultured yeast and keeps for quite a while. It's perfect for:
 ~ toast with butter, honey, or pate
~ open faced sandwiches
~ bruschetta
~ croutons
~ french toast
~ any kind of sandwich including peanut butter and pickles!
