    MY WORK and CLIENTS 

    What I Do:
    As a personal chef,  I prepare nutritious meals that fit into the needs of your work and family life and special diet plan. I collaborate with and help my clients by freeing up time in their busy lives so they can focus on another life goals. I prepare custom global and regional recipes and menus that are vibrant, beautiful and balanced. I can cook anything , but my primary focus is on creating anti-inflammatory meals that eventually fuel and lighten your bodies , cells and brains. I'm excited to think that this approach can provide an opportunity to feel better and perform at a higher level in life- within the systems of the brain, the body, your business, your family, your friends, your loves and beyond. Ultimately, I am here to enhance your life success. 

    Working With Clients:
    I like to work organically and professionally with my clients, in the sense that we are open to how our business relationship flows over time. I'm always looking for a win win. My goal is to have our collaboration flow with ease and grace,  with a natural development and progression. Finding what works and what feels good with consistent feedback around our common dietary mission for you. With a little flexibility , patience, and communication, we can get to know each other and will develop a rhythm and flow in your home and fridge.

    - When you cook, you and your family are eating the same food every time. 

    - You find that dinner time is hectic and unorganized and is taking way too much time and energy from the things you really want to be doing.

    - I cook in my clients home during the day and leave multiple healthy and whole meals to be re-heated and enjoyed later.

    - I work with anyone who values their body and time and recognizes, desires and seeks to find better health, balance and success in their lives. 


    - I cook for folks who have new or reoccurring health issues and whether through a doctor mandate, referral or recommendation, have plans for implementing a new dietary focus to aid in healing. 

    - I work with busy parents who need more personal time to spend with themselves, friends and family but are juggling it all and want vibrant and health focused food in their refrigerator. 

    - I work with people who recognize that food sensitivities and reactions keep popping up and are compromising their health, They have self identified a new health focus  and want to be more active in their health and future starting now.

    - I work with business professionals who want to stay on top of their game and like feeling light and bright minded but dont have time to cook healthy meals. 

    - I work with athletes who want specific food to enhance their training and performance. 

    - I cook for clients who want soulful food and dont care about special diets or anti-inflammation diets. They just want to eat good and tasty food!


    Philosophy:
    Food can be light and fun, rich and rewarding, sexy and luscious, life lifting and brightening. ​
    Food can lighten up your mind, your spirit and body and can give you another chance and path for healing. Especially if you  take the time to pay attention to your body and what its asking for. I'm speaking of being mindful and finding a diet just for YOU. This is based around listening to your body's intuition and finding out what feels good and works in your body. This might mean collaborating with your Family MD , a Functional or Integrative MD,  a Naturopath MD or health practitioner of choice, but ultimately this means optimizing your nutrition though the lens of learning to actively engage in listening to your body and its feedback. 
    Food is medicine. 
    I believe in diet personalization, which is to say , a diet that its customized specifically for you and your needs, not you fitting into a "one size fits all " diet concept or fad. We all have different lives and food needs. I believe in the concept that we all have our own unique body and heart intelligence and a deep intuition that can help us discern all of our moves in life. This shows up in our relationship moves, our work moves and in this case, our food moves. The world is getting busier and busier and louder and louder, and it looks like its not easing up any time soon. So , its up to us to love ourselves enough to  take a little time to slow down and listen- we can learn so much about our needs, our hearts and ourselves, if we chose to do so. So lets get to it.
