ABOUT: Ariel's love of all food began at an early age on a rural farm in Sonoma County, California. After a trip to Europe in 1989, her inspiration ran wild and she has never looked back. Now with 25 years experience in the food and wine industry, she continues to find passion for anything revolving around food craft, and baking.
Ariel's skills include recipe development, foraging, traveling, cooking, baking with wild yeasts, and helping to create custom events for her clients. Food products are sourced locally and organically when possible and Ariel makes a point of incorporating heritage grains, legumes and meats into her seasonal and globally inspired menus.
NEWS FLASH: Ariel just recently started a unique specialty food line including hand made crackers, gluten free almond florentine cookies and gluten free almond snacks. Her label was designed by a local + talented graphic designer Kim Dow ~owner of www.dowhouse.com .
